This full-time position plays an important role in supporting Microsoft 365, identity and access management, business applications, endpoint security, and IT compliance while advancing IPMG’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can manage technical projects, improve processes, troubleshoot complex issues, and help ensure our technology systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom, and other business systems to support secure and reliable operations.

  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, onboarding and offboarding, licenses, endpoint devices, and security compliance.

  • Support CRM and other business applications through configuration, troubleshooting, workflow improvements, reporting, system integrations, and process automation.

  • Support HITRUST readiness, HIPAA compliance, security monitoring, audit preparation, access reviews, risk tracking, and remediation efforts.

  • Lead or support IT projects, coordinate with vendors and managed service providers, and maintain technical documentation, system inventories, procedures, and compliance records.

  • Provide technical guidance to IT staff and interns while identifying opportunities to improve system security, efficiency, and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • At least four years of experience in IT administration, systems support, endpoint management, or a related technical field.

  • Working knowledge of identity and access management, user account administration, MFA, and security best practices.

  • Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and process improvement skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and handle confidential information appropriately.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Full-time, exempt position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a 40-hour workweek.

  • Remote position operating from a HIPAA-compliant home office with occasional regional travel and in-person meetings.

  • Must maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate occasional after-hours system changes, incident response, or project work as needed.

  • Reliable internet service, a computer, a smartphone, and standard office equipment are required.

  • Childcare needs must be met as if working in a traditional office environment.

What We Prefer

  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, endpoint devices, and remote work technologies.

  • Experience supporting CRM systems, business application administration, access governance, workflow configuration, or report and dashboard development.

  • Experience with HIPAA, HITRUST, security audits, access reviews, risk management, compliance documentation, or standard operating procedure development.

  • Familiarity with System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), application integrations, automation, scripting, PowerShell, or similar technologies.

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft certifications, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, ITIL, or other IT and security-related credentials.

Requirements

  • Current driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Successful completion of required background screenings before and during employment
