Job Overview

Walker’s Renton Subaru Mazda is looking for an IT System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. The successful candidate should be a self-starter, resourceful, and able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. This person should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. The goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently!

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Set up employee accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Dealertrack DMS, ComplyAuto, Office 365, Meraki/Cisco
• Troubleshoot issues and outages- phone, network, power, service provider
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Research alternatives
• Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies and updates
• Manage phone systems (VoiP Services)- currently use comcast
• Security camera management- Hikvision
• Maintain inventory of ink/toner for printers/copier

Experience

• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• CCNA (preferred)- Cisco training
• Working knowledge of: Dell computers, Lexmark Printers, Apple Ipads, HP printers

Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 DOE

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
