You'll work directly with our Director of IT Operations and play a key role in shaping the future of our technology environment. What You'll Do

You'll be involved in nearly every aspect of our technology ecosystem, including:

• Managing and improving Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, and cloud technologies.
• Supporting networking infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, wireless environments, and connectivity.
• Strengthening cybersecurity through access controls, endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and best practices.
• Leading and supporting technology projects including new site deployments, acquisitions, hardware refreshes, and system migrations.
• Troubleshooting complex technical challenges and serving as a key escalation resource.
• Helping build automation, scripting, and smarter processes that allow the business to scale efficiently.
• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve reliability, security, and operational excellence.

What You Bring

• 2-5 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure, networking, technical support, or a related IT role.
• Strong Windows administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools such as Intune.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi, switching, and VLANs.
• Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms.
• PowerShell or scripting experience is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
