What they need
We are looking for a Systems Analyst that willdrive business innovation by turning requirements into technology solutions that improve systems, processes, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Prepare technical documentation, process flows, data dictionaries, and system designs.
- Coordinate with developers and stakeholders on application enhancements.
- Perform system integration testing and data validation.
- Assist in effort estimation for development projects.
- Support issue resolution and service desk escalations.
- Ensure solutions align with development standards and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or Application Development.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
- Basic SQL and relational database knowledge.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
