IT Systems Analyst

About the role

The Systems Analyst implements and supports IT applications and systems that enable business objectives. The role collaborates with business units to understand and optimize processes, providing the right technical solutions aligned with SDLC standards and best practices. The position also contributes to project execution by handling technical tasks and ensuring system reliability, efficiency, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and implement IT systems aligned with business requirements.
• Maintain and support business applications through coding, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support and incident management, ensuring timely issue resolution and system availability.
• Participate in system enhancement and project implementation activities.
• Document system specifications, workflows, and test results.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, risk management, and audit standards.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors for system improvement.
• Perform preventive maintenance and quality assurance testing to ensure system reliability.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in systems analysis, implementation, and IT support.
• Experience in application development frameworks, cloud technologies, and database systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge in SDLC, system documentation, and compliance standards.
