POSITION SUMMARY
Provides first and second level software application support. Develops and maintains information systems, software, and documentation, including problem identification, analysis, database structure design, testing, and implementation. Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements. Provides exceptional customer service to the users of information systems.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

QUALITYResolves support incidents by pursuing, collecting, and documenting relevant detailed information as related to the issue or project using support incident software within established timeframes.
Keeps technical support documentation related to software/project updated and in appropriate knowledge base software application.

Immediately assigns priority status and focus to patient care issues.

Mitigates duplication of effort by periodically reviewing support incident assignments and previous resolutions.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EDUCATION
Associate Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; or
Four years experience in the information technology field in lieu of degree

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Two years experince working in the information technology field
