IT , Systems and Data Administrator

We're seeking a flexible, systems and data-savvy professional to manage core IT systems and data that support our business. You'll deliver proactive reporting and analysis, identify opportunities to improve performance, and recommend practical solutions that maximise the value of WSB's technology investment. Your data and business insights will support informed decision-making across the organisation.

As our subject matter expert and primary point of contact for systems, platforms and supporting business processes, you'll work across all departments to provide hands-on training, technical support and strategic process improvement, as well as coordinating and managing IT and technology requests.

This job is an initial 12-month maternity leave cover.

What your days will look like

• Managing our core systems, platforms and supplier portals

• Delivering reporting and analysis that helps the business make better decisions

• Identifying and implementing process improvement

• Coordinating and managing IT and technology requests and equipment

• Working with external vendors

• Travelling to our branches to support and upskill the wider team

• Assisting with general administration and other business activities, as we all do

What we're looking for

• Strong systems and reporting capability

• A practical approach to problem-solving

• Genuine interest in using technology and data to improve our ways of working

• Flexibility and a willingness to pitch in across the business

• Ideally, a relevant degree or substantial experience in a similar systems, data or technology-focused role

Experience in an agricultural dealership or related industry will be highly regarded, particularly if you've managed supplier portals such as AGCO or Yamaha or worked with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
