IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist

• Systems & Infrastructure: 3–5 years of experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure, or a related technical role.

What you'll be working on:

• Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows desktops, Windows servers, and Linux servers (RedHat/Debian-based).
• Monitor and troubleshoot system, network, software, and connectivity issues across the business.
• Maintain IT infrastructure security through regular updates, security patches, and system maintenance.
• Manage software deployments, updates, and security patches for desktops and servers.
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and connectivity.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users and internal teams on systems and infrastructure.
• Support data integration between different department systems and help resolve related technical issues.
• Administer cloud-based environments, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Manage virtualization and container platforms, including Proxmox, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Administer directory services, including Active Directory and LDAP.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VoIP systems and related hardware, including Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, and Kamailio.
• Develop scripts and automation using Bash and Python to improve system administration and routine IT tasks.
• Configure and maintain web servers, including Nginx and Apache.
• Maintain technical documentation for systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes.

What we're looking for:

• Systems & Infrastructure: 3–5 years of experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure, or a related technical role.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of computer systems, operating systems, networking, routing, and switching.
• Cloud Administration: Hands-on experience managing cloud-based IT environments and services.
• Linux Administration: Experience administering Linux servers, particularly RedHat/Debian-based systems.
• Virtualization & Containers: Hands-on experience with Proxmox, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Directory Services: Experience with Active Directory and LDAP administration.
• Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace: Experience managing enterprise productivity and collaboration platforms.
• VoIP Systems: Working knowledge of Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, or similar VoIP technologies.
• Scripting & Automation: Experience using Bash and Python for system administration and automation.
• Web Servers: Experience configuring and managing Nginx, Apache, or similar web server platforms.
• Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills, particularly for technical documentation and user support.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize infrastructure, support, and maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
