IT Systems & Operations Support Specialist

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the IT Systems and Operations Support Specialist is to ensure the seamless operation and reliability of the plant 's IT infrastructure. The role focuses on managing Microsoft 365 environments, maintaining server and network health and providing high-level technical support to enhance overall organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Systems and Operations Support Specialist, you will:

• Install and configure hardware, software, operating systems, and networks

• Monitor and maintain server systems& network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software faults.

• Microsoft 365 Administrator ( Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams)

• Maintain & debug software systems, ensuring their seamless integration & performance.

• Set up user accounts, profiles, and manage IT inventory effectively

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance organizational capabilities

Qualifications:

• A BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent

• Expertise in:Microsoft Windows Servers and Virtualization (Hyper-V)

• Hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365 as Administrator

• Backup solutions, network topology (Fortinet networks knowledge or certificates is preferred)

• Cloud solutions and Microsoft Office tools

• End-user problem resolution and IT helpdesk tools

• Advanced proficiency in English, along with excellent troubleshooting & multitasking abilities

• Working knowledge of networking security & remote-control technologies is preferred
