IT Systems & Support Administrator

About the role

Provide helpdesk support for internal ERP and systems. The role involves addressing IT support tickets related to ERP, systems, and infrastructure, conducting daily systems analytics to maximise effectiveness and troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a centralised repository of process maps and user manuals.

Key responsibilities

• Address IT support tickets related to ERP, systems, and infrastructure
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximise effectiveness and troubleshoot issues
• Update internal documentation as needed to reflect changes in processes or systems
• Respond to questions and concerns from Managers and Executives with research and recommendations
• Maintain a centralised repository of process maps and user manuals
• Perform data extracts and formatting to support various business needs
• Track project progress against approved plans and provide updates to key stakeholders
• Conduct team meetings to discuss project status and address any roadblocks
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for Operations teams on new processes
• Liaise with vendors and third parties to address solutions related to system performance

About you

• Proven experience in IT helpdesk or systems support, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong understanding of ERP systems with experience troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Excellent communication skills, capable of supporting executives and liaising with vendors
• Demonstrated experience with data extraction and formatting
• Ability to manage documentation effectively and train teams on new processes
