We are looking for a proactive IT Systems & Technical Support Assistant to help maintain daily IT operations, protect important business data, and support the transition from manual processes to an automated Core Banking System (CBS).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and troubleshoot computers, servers, network devices, firewalls, and IT applications.
• Assist in managing system access, software updates, IT equipment, and network performance.
• Support Core Banking System implementation, data migration, system testing, and data validation.
• Monitor antivirus protection, cybersecurity controls, data backups, and security incidents.
• Provide technical assistance to employees for hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related concerns.
• Coordinate with IT vendors to resolve technical issues and support system improvements.
• Maintain IT documentation for risk management, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with backup restoration testing and business continuity procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in IT support, systems administration, or network administration.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, user access management, and backup and recovery procedures.
• Experience with banking applications, Core Banking Systems, or system implementation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with employees and external IT service providers.
