Description
- Design, implement and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure the security of the IT systems through proper backup and recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to identify and implement system enhancements.
- Provide technical support to end-users and train staff on new technologies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT systems management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of network and system administration, including Windows and Linux environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
