IT Systems Developer

About the role

We are looking for an HR IT Staff to support and maintain HR information systems, databases, and reporting tools. This role is responsible for ensuring HR applications run efficiently, supporting system improvements, and providing reliable data solutions to enhance HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance HR applications, including employee management, payroll, and attendance systems
• Develop, manage, and maintain HR databases while ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to implement and improve IT solutions for HR processes
• Support software development, customization, and system enhancements based on business needs
• Prepare, edit, and format HR reports, documents, and presentation materials
• Provide technical support and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/D4 in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience or strong knowledge of software development and database management (SQL, MySQL, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
