Position: IT Systems Development & Support Manager
Industry: Manufacturing Industry
Location: Sta. Rosa and Batangas
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30-5:30 ; Flexitime available upon regularization (6 months) Work Setup: On-siteSalary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 gross

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in system development and enterprise application support.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in managing IT systems, applications, and system development projects.
• Strong knowledge of system development, application support, and IT operations.
• Experience in leading and managing an IT team.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Willing to work onsite and support business operations as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee system development and enterprise application support activities.
• Lead the IT team in developing, maintaining, and improving business systems.
• Manage system development projects and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor and resolve system and application issues.
• Coordinate with different departments to identify and address system requirements.
• Ensure the stability, availability, and proper maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Manage system updates, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when necessary.
• Prepare reports and updates regarding system development and application support activities.
