IT Systems Engineer

Hellenic Halyvourgia S.A., one of Greece's leading industrial companies, is seeking a motivated and talented IT Systems Engineer to join its Information Technology Team and contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of our operations.

This role offers the opportunity to work across IT infrastructure, business applications, ERP systems, networking, and end-user support within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide (1st level) IT support & end-user training.
• Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support knowledge sharing and user adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems and peripheral equipment.
• Support and maintain network and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Participate in the support, customization, and development of the company's ERP systems, eLearning platform and other business applications.
• Contribute to software development and automation initiatives using Python and modern programming practices.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the efficient operation and continuous improvement of IT systems.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of programming (Python, SQL, and Object-Oriented Programming principles).
• Experience or familiarity with Greek ERP systems, preferably Atlantis ERP, Entersoft, SoftOne, Epsilon Net, or similar platforms.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in computer hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a similar IT Systems, Infrastructure, ERP, or Help Desk role will be considered a strong advantage.
