• Infrastructure, Network and Security Operations

o Support daily operation of enterprise IT infrastructure, network and security systems.
o Monitor system health and proactively identify risks and operational issues.
o Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, network and end-user related incidents.
o Participate in change implementation, maintenance and service improvement activities.
o Coordinate with vendors and technology partners when required.
o Support knowledge transfer, system documentation and operational handover activities.
o Maintain and update operating procedures, technical documentation and reports.
o Participate in on-call and incident support when necessary.

• Managed Service Activities

o Handle service requests, incidents and operational tasks through the approved ticketing process.
o Escalate technical issues to senior engineers and specialist teams when required.
o Support root cause analysis and problem investigation activities.
o Work closely with customer teams to ensure stable daily operations.
o Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
o Support operational improvements, knowledge transfer, service transition activities, and other technical assignments as required by the manager.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or managed services.
• Have hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:

o Infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, VMware vSphere, storage, backup and recovery, server administration, or monitoring.
o Network and Security: Enterprise LAN/WAN, Cisco routing and switching, firewalls, VPN, wireless infrastructure, network monitoring, or security operations.
o IT Operations: Incident troubleshooting, change implementation, system monitoring, vendor coordination, or technical documentation.

• Demonstrate the ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
• Be available to work onsite at customer offices, industrial parks, and manufacturing sites when required, and travel occasionally to support customer operations, system transition, and project activities.
