Job Summary:

The IT Systems Head plays a leadership role in managing and implementing systems or business applications effectively in the organization through sound application of methodologies and best practices in the industry. He leads the Support Team, manages the project executions, while collaborating and partnering with the various Business Units in optimizing processes and achieving the set business goals. Additionally, the role leads the overall system architecture ensuring the right solutions and technical design are in place. He works closely with the IT Head in the execution of IT strategies and roadmap.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with around 10 years of experience.
• A Master's degree in IT Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is preferred for strategic and leadership roles.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership role, with significant experience in leading application development and systems management projects.
• Expertise in system architecture design, database optimization, and software development methodologies.
• Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and leading teams to resolve technical challenges, manage crises, and drive continuous improvement.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
