IT Systems Support Intern (AI-Enabled)

• Support day-to-day IT systems and end-user operations
• Assist with network, Wi-Fi, IP phone, and basic infrastructure issues
• Help with employee IT onboarding (email, access, devices)
• Support Google Workspace user administration
• Coordinate with telecom providers, ISPs, and IT vendors
• Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, renewals, and billing trackers
• Assist in execution of IT, automation, and AI-enabled projects
• Support basic cybersecurity hygiene and access controls
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and follow-up trackers

Desired Candidate Profile

• Basic IT systems knowledge, networking fundamentals, Google Workspace familiarity, interest in AI or automation, good communication, attention to detail, and a strong learning mindset.
• BTech / BE / BSc / BCA / MCA / MSc (AI / ML / Data Science / IT / Computer Science preferred)
