We are looking for an experienced Internal IT Talent Acquisition professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and other channels.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment needs.
- Build and maintain strong IT talent pipelines.
- Conduct candidate screening and manage the hiring process through offer stage.
- Support recruitment reporting, employer branding and TA initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in IT/technology recruitment.
- Good sourcing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / ATS is an advantage.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple vacancies.
