Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with over 7 years of expertise in IT hiring, including niche and hard-to-fill roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sourcing high-quality talent through LinkedIn and other advanced channels, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Handle niche and critical hiring requirements across.
• Leverage LinkedIn and other professional platforms for proactive talent sourcing and pipeline building.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
• Stay updated with market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on niche hiring
• Proven expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent insights)
• Strong understanding of various IT technologies and roles
• Experience handling senior-level and specialized positions
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
