IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Ivy Partners and play a key role in the growth of our consulting business in Portugal.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate management and coordination with our Business Unit Managers.

You'll recruit mainly for IT and digital consulting profiles , working across a range of technical areas and helping us build a strong pipeline of talent in Portugal and internationally.

What you'll do

• Source and attract IT professionals through LinkedIn, databases, referrals and direct sourcing
• Manage the recruitment process from first contact to placement
• Partner closely with Business Unit Managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process
• Track recruitment activity and identify opportunities to improve our processes
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition, employer branding and other initiatives

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment , ideally within IT, technology, consultancy or recruitment agency environments
• Experience sourcing technical/IT profiles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Autonomous, proactive and results-driven mindset
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Strong LinkedIn/sourcing skills
