IT Tech Lead - Senior PACS Administrator

For our client, we are seeking a IT Tech Lead - Senior PACS Administrator to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to ensure application integrity
• Act as a subject matter expert for supported software applications
• Provide technical expertise and support cross-team collaboration
• Identify risks and devise contingency plans
• Conduct security audits and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science or equivalent experience (7-10 years)
• 5+ years experience in software development life cycle with a bachelor's degree or 12-15 years without a degree
• Expertise in at least one technology stack (e.g., Java,.NET, Python)
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Experience in leading code and design reviews
