About the role

PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking an experienced IT Tech Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources and Recruitment team. This is a contract position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As an IT Tech Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier technology talent within our organisation and for our clients. This position is essential to supporting our company's growth strategy and ensuring we have access to the best technical professionals in the market.

What you'll be doing

• Sourcing and identifying qualified IT and technology professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional networks

• Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess technical competencies and cultural fit

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and job specifications

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate onboarding

• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of pre-qualified IT professionals for current and future opportunities

• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and tracking metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness

• Providing daily updates and reports on recruitment progress (Spreadsheet and System RMS).

What we're looking for

• Experience min. 1-2 years in IT or technology recruitment, either as a recruitment agency specialist or in-house recruiter

• Strong knowledge of various IT roles including software developers, systems engineers, database administrators, cybersecurity specialists, and cloud architects

• Excellent understanding of technical skills, programming languages, frameworks, and IT industry standards

• Demonstrated ability to source candidates through multiple channels and build effective talent pipelines

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical professionals and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming recruitment challenges
