Location: Cyber 2, Kuningan, South Jakarta (Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals.
• Conduct initial telephone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability based on client requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the Delivery Executive.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified applicants.
• Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Provide daily reports on recruitment pipeline status and hiring progress.

Requirements

• Minimum completed secondary education; preferably Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian employment law and labor regulations is an advantage.
• Target-oriented and able to work under recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and capable of problem solving independently.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Eager to learn and adapt to evolving recruitment practices and technologies.
