Job Overview

Sapient Global Services is hiring an IT Technical Support Representative to join our growing team in Davao City. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong troubleshooting skills, good communication abilities, and an interest in providing technical assistance to customers.

As an IT Technical Support Representative, you will assist customers with technical concerns, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide clear step-by-step solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and account-related issues.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
• Handle technical inquiries through phone, chat, or other support channels.
• Document customer concerns, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Follow established troubleshooting procedures and support guidelines.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
• Meet customer service and technical support performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
• Technical support, IT, BPO, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, software, and internet connectivity.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented and willing to learn.
• Willing to work on-site in Davao City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
