IT Tech Support

S.E.A. OLYMPUS Marketing, Inc. is looking for an IT Tech Support to join our IT Team in Mandaue, Cebu!

Role

• Provide timely and competent technical support to users ranging from cellphones, desktop, hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot problems, find the root cause, and come up with a viable solution.
• Use IT tools and systems to monitor and report/resolve problems that arise.
• Take on multiple tasks, adhere to project management techniques, and complete or exceed deadlines.
• Document inventory and asset assignment, canvass with vendors, and understand user requirements.
• Set up computers and cellphones, configure operating systems, and install software.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge in computer hardware, operating systems (OS, Linux), IT peripherals and devices, and productivity software; able to troubleshoot issues.
• Coding experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred
• Understanding of networking technology and network devices (e.g., switches, AP, VPN, firewall, VLAN, TCP/IP, etc.); basic setup and configuration.
• Knowledge about cloud and virtualization and its use; understanding of network security is a plus.
• Must have an eye for detail, organized, go-getter, and has initiative; neat, well-groomed, and amicable.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and be able to handle pressure; love to learn and try new things.

Pay: Php15,073.92 - Php17,000.08 per month
