What You Need

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO experience required
• Fresh graduates and career shifters welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn technical systems and troubleshooting processes
• Customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite and shifting schedules
• Must reside in Cainta, Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Pasig, San Juan, or Taytay

Your Day-to-Day

• Assist customers with technical and service-related concerns
• Troubleshoot device, software, connectivity, or account issues
• Provide clear, step-by-step solutions
• Answer questions about products and services
• Process account and service requests
• Document troubleshooting steps and customer interactions
• Escalate complex technical concerns when needed
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
