IT Technical Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Technical Analyst based in Brazil. This remote role supports day-to-day technical activities involving mobile device management and endpoint administration. You will work primarily with Microsoft Intune, helping monitor and manage enrolled devices through the platform. The position also involves supporting Apple iPad devices, including enrollment and basic troubleshooting. Success in the role requires careful attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures accurately. You will contribute to consistent, high-quality technical support by completing tasks reliably and efficiently. This is a focused opportunity for someone looking to strengthen their experience in IT support and device management.

Accountabilities

• Navigate the Microsoft Intune console and support basic device management activities, including locating devices and reviewing device status.
• Perform basic device actions within Intune, such as initiating device wipes when required and following established procedures.
• Support Apple iPad devices by navigating iOS, assisting with Intune enrollment, and troubleshooting basic device-related issues.
• Follow technical instructions and established processes accurately to ensure tasks are completed consistently.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail across all assigned technical activities.
• Identify and address basic device management issues while escalating matters beyond the scope of the role when appropriate.

Requirements

• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Intune, including console navigation and fundamental device management capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of Apple iOS and experience navigating Apple iPad devices.
• Familiarity with enrolling Apple devices through Microsoft Intune and performing basic troubleshooting.
• Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and established technical procedures accurately.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, quality work.
• Reliable, organized, and able to complete assigned tasks independently in a remote environment.
