IT Technical Assistant

Job Description: IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
• Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to IT-related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Document technical procedures and create user guides for common issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in providing IT support in an office environment.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, operating systems, and software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
