About The Role We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Infrastructure & Network Engineer to join a global organization's IT Infrastructure team in Tokyo.

This hands-on role focuses on network operations, infrastructure support, and continuous improvement across a multi-site environment. The successful candidate will work with modern enterprise networking technologies while supporting infrastructure administration, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, IT security, and technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain network and infrastructure environments.
• Provide Level 2 technical support and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, and SD-WAN environments.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Coordinate patch management, firmware upgrades, and security compliance activities.
• Manage IT assets and infrastructure lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal IT teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and support infrastructure projects.
• Drive operational improvements and maintain high service availability.

Requirements Experience

• 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure and IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise or multi-site infrastructure environments.
• Experience working with infrastructure projects and vendor management.
• Experience managing IT assets and lifecycle processes.
