Salary: Up to THB 110,000 + Benefits

Cathcart Technology is partnering with a well-established organization to hire an experienced IT Technical Manager to join their growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in delivering IT solutions, supporting business operations, and driving technology improvements within a collaborative and dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the technical design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of office automation applications using C#, .NET, Web API, SQL, and related technologies.
• Modernize and transform legacy applications into secure, web-based solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly.
• Develop, enhance, and support K2 SmartForms and workflow applications based on business and operational requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business users to understand process challenges and pain points, while identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• Lead and support RPA initiatives using UiPath, Power Automate, or other suitable automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, K2 SmartForms, and K2 Workflow.
• Experience working with AI, OCR, and chatbot technologies.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
