IT Technical Recruiter

Should have experience as an IT Recruiter.

 Understand job requirements and create engaging job postings to attract the right candidates.

 Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

 Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

 An ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles, preparing the job description in case required.

 Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

 Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search in different job sites).  Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees

 Maintain employee records and HR databases

 Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs

 Support in employee engagement activities

 Handle documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities

 Address basic employee queries related to HR policies

 Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

 Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

 Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.

 Candidates who are good at negotiation, understanding different stakeholder’s requirements as per the Job Description.

 Candidates are preferred from Western line (Mumbai Suburbs).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
