We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive with hands-on experience in IT Recruitment to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals amp; other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with candidates amp; hiring teams
• Manage candidate follow-ups and recruitment trackers Handle offer, joining amp; onboarding coordination
• Work towards recruitment targets and timelines

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 months – 1 year of IT Recruitment experience
• Good understanding of technical hiring
• Strong sourcing amp; candidate screening skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
