IT Technical Recruiter

We're looking for an HR Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in IT hiring (C2C, C2H, Permanent) to join our team in Noida. If you enjoy finding the right talent, connecting with candidates and managing the recruitment process, wed like to hear from you.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for IT positions, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and joining follow-ups.
• Understand hiring requirements, technical skill sets and role expectations in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Use keyword and Boolean searches to identify candidates with relevant experience.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial discussions to assess role suitability, communication skills, availability and compensation expectations.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
• Collect feedback, keep candidates informed and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer discussions, document collection and pre-joining coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers and hiring status reports.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and upcoming IT requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience in IT recruitment and familiarity with common technical roles and skills.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and work towards hiring timelines.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to candidate engagement.
• Willingness to work on-site in Noida and attend a face-to-face interview.
