IT Technical Service Desk (12 Hours Shift) | $3,000 Basic + Shift Allowance

Location (Nearest MRT): Yio Chu Kang

Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 (Depending on Highest Qualification & Relevant Experience)

Shift Allowance: Yes

Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract, Highly Renewable

**Work Hours:**Mon to Sun, 12 Hours Shift (Shift Pattern: 2 Days Work > 2 Days Off > Repeat)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver frontline technical support through phone and email, aiming to resolve issues at first contact and meet agreed response timelines.
• Review incoming incidents and assign the appropriate categories and priorities to support timely resolution.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting and refer unresolved issues to the relevant Level 2 support teams in accordance with established procedures.
• Take ownership of assigned cases through to closure, tracking resolution progress, following up on outstanding actions and maintaining complete, accurate case records.
• Provide customers with timely updates on open issues and next steps within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
• Manage customer expectations through clear communication and alert the Team Lead to unusual increases in calls relating to similar issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec in IT related fields.
• Minimum 1 year end user support experience in Technical Service Desk..
