IT Technical Support

We are looking for an IT Technical Support professional to provide technical assistance to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software concerns, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to users for hardware, software, and system-related concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Assist with user account, access, and connectivity-related issues.
• Perform basic network and workstation troubleshooting.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams.
• Support IT asset management, deployment, and inventory activities.
• Provide clear and professional technical assistance to end users.
• Perform other IT support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Technical Support / Helpdesk / Service Desk.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig City.
