What they need
Responsible for installing, configuring, integrating, monitoring, and maintaining IT infrastructure and network systems, including cloud infrastructure, servers, desktops, storage, communication devices, network protocols, operating systems, and IT security.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, networks, and security.
- Basic knowledge of routing and switching using Cisco and/or MikroTik.
- Ability to monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure availability, stability, security, and performance.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization and virtual machine management.
- Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work collaboratively with the IT team.
