IT Technical Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing front-line technical assistance, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless operational support for our systems, hardware, and software.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT software, hardware, and network connection issues.
• Provide prompt desktop support and technical assistance to end-users both on-site and remotely.
• Perform routine system updates, back-ups, and preventative maintenance on company devices.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations for internal tracking.

About you

• Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT-related software and hardware.
• At least 3 months of On-the-Job Training (OJT) experience in an IT Department.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to resolving technical issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to assist end-users effectively.
