IT Technical Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer, printer, internet, and other IT equipment issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software applications, and peripherals.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of network connections, user accounts, and IT equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs of IT hardware.
• Monitor and report IT-related issues and coordinate with external service providers when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory of IT equipment and assets.
• Assist in implementing IT policies, security measures, and procedures.
• Provide technical assistance during meetings, presentations, and other company activities.
• Perform other IT-related duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• With at least 1 year of experience in IT technical support or a similar role; fresh graduates with relevant internship or hands-on experience may also be considered.

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, and basic networking.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, printers, and common business applications.

• Willing to work onsite and provide technical support as needed.
