IT Technical Support

Position: Technical Support Specialist
Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT
Schedule: Monday–Friday / As schedule
Location: Onsite — Karachi
Employment: Full-time
What You’ll Do: Provide technical support via email, phone & chat
Troubleshoot Windows & macOS systems
Resolve networking, hardware & connectivity issues
Configure and troubleshoot routers, VPNs & firewalls Handle client billing, payment & system-update queries
Document and track issues through support systems
Coordinate with senior IT teams on complex issuesWhat

We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows & macOS
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls & routers
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Fluent professional English
Strong customer service & communication skills
Ability to work independently during night shiftsBonus: Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS + IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
