IT Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented IT Technical Support to support our Sales team and driving the company's success. This is a full-time position based in Taman Universiti, Johor Bahru, where you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Support customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to explain product features and benefits.
• Provide technical clarification and consultation during the sales process.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, market developments, and industry trends.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pre-sales, technical support, or technical sales within the IT industry.
• Good understanding of IT solutions such as networking, security, software licensing, artificial intelligence, and related technologies. etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and non-technical users.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to propose practical and effective solutions.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to build good long-term client relationships.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
