What they need
Internal IT Support (Troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues)
Primary Point of Contact for external IT support provider
Asset & Access Management
Track and manage software licenses
Onboarding/Offboarding of employees
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in IT workflows
Evaluate, recommend, and assist with implementing new tools and technologies
Network cabling installation and basic network setup
Basic firewall monitoring and support10. Handling and resolution of helpdesk tickets
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
