- Manage support tickets and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and communicate effectively with users.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- IT background with a degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
- ITIL certification is an added advantage.
