It Technical Support Executive

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, printers, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, and applications.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and internet connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security.
• Perform routine system updates, antivirus monitoring, and data backups.
• Maintain IT inventory including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of office IT equipment such as projectors, scanners, and communication systems.
• Document technical issues and maintain service logs for IT support activities.
• Handle SAP related works ( Purchase request, RFQ, PO generation, payment process)
