Overview Join Al-Ryada University and provide first-line IT support. Assist staff and students with
hardware, software, and network issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in IT documentation and inventory management.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related.
- 1:2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
Key Technical Skills
- Hardware/software troubleshooting
- Basic networking
- Cloud applications familiarity (Microsoft 365 / Azure)
- Backup tools (Veeam)
