- Provide first-level technical and end-user support for IT-related concerns.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain IT equipment and devices.
- Perform software installation, updates, operating system upgrades, and basic administration.
- Conduct routine system monitoring, health checks, preventive maintenance, and security updates.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and configuration records.
- Document incidents, service requests, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for technical support and warranty concerns.
- Monitor and follow up on IT support tickets and service requests.
- Prepare regular reports on IT incidents, assets, system status, and maintenance activities.
