Overview Provide advanced IT support at Al-Ryada University. Troubleshoot complex issues, mentor junior staff, and help maintain IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced hardware, software, and network support.
- Manage and resolve escalated support tickets.
- Assist in IT documentation and inventory management.
- Mentor junior IT support staff.
- Collaborate with Systems, Network, and Cybersecurity teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related.
- 3–4 years of experience in IT support.
Key Technical Skills
- Advanced troubleshooting
- Active Directory, network, and server basics
- Cloud applications (Microsoft 365 / Azure)
- Backup management (Veeam)
- Familiarity with emerging IT technolog
