IT Technical Support Specialist

Role Description

The IT Technical Support personnel is responsible for providing technical assistance to assigned clients and end-users, ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems, hardware, software, and network-related services. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, responding to service requests, performing basic system and equipment maintenance, and escalating complex concerns to the appropriate support team.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Technical Support and Information Technology, with experience supporting hardware, software, and network environments.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting, including diagnosing issues, implementing fixes, and performing root cause analysis.

• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Relevant experience with ICT systems, system integration, or security solutions is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Ability to work on-site in Taguig, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
