The Opportunity

This full-time, in-person role in Salisbury, MA is designed for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and taking ownership of outcomes. You will provide advanced technical support and backend systems administration across multiple client environments while building a deep understanding of our clients, processes, and technology stack.

As you demonstrate technical strength, reliability, and the ability to get things done, you will take on onsite client visits, infrastructure projects, technology deployments, and increasingly complex technical challenges. Unlike traditional IT roles focused on a single environment, you will gain broad exposure across multiple industries and technologies, creating a strong platform for long-term growth in cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, cybersecurity, backups, and business applications across multiple client environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, licensing, user management, and security settings to keep users productive and secure.
• Monitor and respond to RMM, security, backup, and system alerts to proactively maintain stable, secure, and highly available client systems.
• Troubleshoot and remediate DNS, DHCP, VPN, email delivery, authentication, firewall, and connectivity issues across varied networks.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security, backup, and disaster recovery solutions to protect client data and ensure reliable recoverability.

• You consistently deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight, managing your time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
• Clients view you as a trusted advisor because you communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and explain technical concepts in plain language.
• Within your first year, you broaden your technical capabilities and begin leading more advanced onsite work, infrastructure projects, or cloud and security initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in an MSP, systems administration, technical support, field services, or business IT environment.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with Windows 10 and Windows 11, and hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Working knowledge of core infrastructure technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, networking, endpoint security, and backup/disaster recovery platforms.
• A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement, with clear and professional communication skills and strong customer service instincts.

Compensation and Benefits

• $80,000–$95,000 salary based on experience.
