IT Technician

We are looking for a motivated and responsible IT Technician to join our team on a 1-Year Contract. The successful candidate will support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and electronic security systems. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in the security systems industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and security system issues.
• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of security systems.
• Configure and support basic networking devices, including routers, switches, and IP-based equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services to customers.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation of completed work.
• Ensure all installations and maintenance work comply with company standards and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with or without relevant working experience are welcome.
• Have knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and IP devices.
• Willing to learn and work with CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security solutions.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a valid driving license is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel for on-site installation and maintenance work when required.
